Mark Peach gets his first win in his inaugural game as Admirals head coach.

Garrard dominated time of possession and their defense shut the Ads out in the second half.  However, a fumble that went for a touchdown and a safety (set up by a great punt that pinned the Lions on their one yard line) ended up being the difference for the Ads.  Ads did a lot of ground and pound and didn't go to the air too much and they need to get some penalties under control before playing Lincoln next week.

Danville needs to grow up fast with Lincoln coming to town I believe next week.  Garrard also did this with their HC not in attendance.  Not a bad outing for the Golden Lions.

Danville better make some adjustments in the secondary before next week or Clayton Davis will have a field day. Garrard had receivers open all night but was either overthrown or Qusenberry took off running. I thought Danville would pass the ball more but looking at some stats Danville QB was 2/6. Teams are going to try and take Caleb Burns away so they got to air it out. A Huge plus for Danville is Corden Crawford will be playing next week. He was Danville's leading receiver last year. He took the extra year.  I know its the first game but one of your best players Keelan Story has one catch and no carries. I would think you would try to get him the ball more.

Both teams need some work but the potential is there. Morris kid still learning and he has several targets.

Quisenberry kid is hard nosed and really showed potential to make plays through the air also.
