Morgan Freeman—Shawshank Redemption

I just finished watching Shawshank Redemption for the umpteenth time. Great movie. 
Morgan Freeman should have won an Oscar that year but he was nominated in the Best Actor category instead of Best Supporting Actor. No one was going to win over Tom Hanks for his Forrest Gump portrayal, but Freeman should have won the Best Supporting Actor if only for his final parole hearing scene. He was great! 
I have always enjoyed watching his movies. He never looks as if he’s acting. His portrayals are so natural.

I'd argue that Shawshank Redemption is one of, if no, the most rewatchable movie of all time.

I think it is currently on HBOMAX if you have that. It's definitely worth your time. Don't watch a cable version with commercials, they drag it out way too long.
