They are a distant second fiddle to Hopkinsville in football and need someone to try and bring some energy to keep players on their side of the district from leaving. Agree! Christian County has lost its way as a program. Fresh start with a, somewhat, young coach is probably the best scenario. I hope he brings the energy and patience needed to get the job done. Winning won't come easy, especially at the beginning. I would assume he has at least a two/three year (realistic) plan for the program and where they should be after that. Good luck Coach Gehres! The Flea Market
if the young coach goes 3-30 in his first three seasons, will this ruin him? They usually play a good schedule so this is not out of line??? Bowling Green and South Warren each year is probably an L on the record for a few years?
