Lincoln County 52 Pulaski County 47 (12th Region Semifinals)

Featured Replies

Lincoln looked shaky early but led by nine at halftime and pushed it to twelve in the second half. Pulaski was able to cut it to four at one point in the fourth quarter but this one never seemed in doubt.

I think not having to play back to back this year in the Semi-Finals and Championship will help Lincoln a ton.  They only play 6 guys, and Alcorn was cramping last night.  This will pay dividends for the Patriots as Coach Jackson goes for his 4th Regional Championship with Lincoln County Saturday night.

Hadn't even considered that but you're right.

Not saying they wouldn't win it anyway.  They won it in 2019 after a 5 OT game against Wayne Co. in the Semis, but it can't hurt.

I will say that they did let them play in this game.  In my 45 years of playing and watching Basketball, it was the first time that I have seen only 3 fouls in one half.   Lincoln will be hard to beat if they hit the 3's like they did.

Lincoln Co. was 8-18 from 3pt. range. Pretty good percentage.
