I actually do not think that alot of the bashers are racist,I think that most of them do not go back past Pitino. They got into it at a very good time!Some people do not know or remember what is was like to be a UK fan in the late 70s and the 80s!Real pain was to watch the cats get beat by Louisville in the NCAA tournament 1983! That had to be the most painfull UK loss vs UL in the history of UK vs UL!!! If you were there,you know what Im talking about, if you were not you don't have a clue when it comes to pain of a UK Loss!:thumb:

I don't see why anyone can be mad with what tubby has done. I know people say the 98 championship was Rick P. But he coached it right? And I don't think people needs to get on tubby as much or any really.

As much as I hate to post on here anymore I feel that I have to say a few things.

The more things that I read about UK basketball and Race the more I believe that the reason that some people who want Tubby gone is because he is African American.

I used to not believe that or I didn't want to believe it.

When ever the question has come up to some Tubby bashers,Who would they replace him with ?I have never heard an African American coach's name come up!

I have always said that the Dirt(or whatever you want to call it) always rises to the top.

Im not saying that all Tubby Bashers are against Tubby because of skin color but that's the impression more people from the outside looking in are getting.

If you UK fans out there don't think there is more then a few people that don't like Tubby because of his race you had better get your heads out of the sand(I would say out of something else, but I am not allowed). I have heard it a lot the last 10 seasons and it makes me absolutely sick. I can still remember the comments vividly from the first day he was hired. From people that I would have not even dreamed of saying the things they said. Believe me those are people I try not to associate myself with if at all possible anymore.
