Would have been a tough one to take is St. X were to lose this one. Both teams played hard, St.X had a couple of turnovers late in regulation and a couple of missed front ends of one and ones at the end of regulation. John Carrol does a great job running the show and his ability to get to the rim is impressive. St.X just lacks size right now, and Holmes had a couple of long dudes who were able to grab offensive rebounds for second chance points. 
 

overall, a good win for the Tigers and more importantly they’re getting game experience. Good job, Tigers!

Fun, up and down game, both teams played hard, St. Xavier has some long range shooters, unofficially Tez Calloway had 32 tonight , after having 30 Tuesday . Eian Elmer fouled out in overtime, which didn’t help Holmes cause, over all a nice effort by Holmes, the dogs have a few days off and host Cooper in a triple header next Friday, good luck to the Tigers and the Bulldogs.
