Male had great first half with 20 pt halftime lead which Tigers could not overcome despite playing better in 2nd half. St.X was lead by Ben Varga’s 26 pts. Male was lead by Howard Fleming’s 22 pts.

Ballard one of few teams that could beat them so will be good rematch. Sadly one of the two won’t make state.

St.X will either play Male, Ballard, Trinity, or Manual/Central winner in 7th Region tourney first round.

Can't play Male since they are in the same district. I'd imagine X would want the Manual/Central winner instead of Ballard or Trinity.

I would imagine Trinity would be fired up to get another chance at X after the beatdown they took in January
