I think the NKY region holds their meet a week earlier than most. Once all times are posted, the KHSAA will sort the data and provide a "Cheat Sheet"(?).

 

As far as teams go, I expect the usual suspects: St. Xavier and Sacred Heart. Maybe some Region 7 teams crack the top 3-5.

Glancing through, not looking at relays, it looks like the individual event top performers on the boys side were:

 

Eli Shoyat, Beechwood - 2 event winner and new record in the 500 free

 

Mac Russell, Highlands - 2 event winner and new record in the 100 free

 

Parker Knollman, Covington Catholic - 2 event winner

 

 

On the girls side:

 

Kenady Beil, Dixie Heights - 2 event winner

 

Emma Littrell, St. Henry - 2 event winner

 

Lainey Kruger, Notre Dame - 2 event winner

St.X finished 1st through 4th in every event but relays. I know they won diving as well. Should be heavy favorites to win state again.

St. X and Sacred Heart will win state titles again and it won't be close
