Final per Jason Frakes.

I assume Howard Fleming played? Even so, I'm a bit surprised. Two very tough teams.

Howard Fleming played and made a difference. He had 7pts at half according to Jason Frakes on twitter. I never saw final stats on game.

In the simplest of terms, Male played better than Ballard. Howard Fleming did play and contributed 7 points, but he was a little rusty. He will get better as he gets back into game shape. Male got good production from Kaleb Glenn, Tyren Moore, and Cam Pope, and was the better team, at least for tonight. Ballard did not shoot the ball very well, but got a big game from Rashad Bishop, who had 30 points. so its 1-1 now, with these two teams heading toward a likely third, and deciding, game in the Seventh Region tournament. It will be monumental.

Couldn’t imagine being coach of one these teams that doesn’t make sweet 16 but that’s just how it is.
