SouthernSportsFan
I'm not trying to cause trouble in any form, or take any spotlight off a certain player from any region, but are Cats' Pause, LHL, and the CJ's top players from each region underachieving? Even though it is early in the season, has your opinion changed on who is the top player in your region? For example, the 12th Region: Lexington-Herald Leader: 1. John Perkins (PC) (Senior) 2. Aaron Watts (MC) (Freshmen) Cats' Pause: 1. John Perkins (PC) 2. Aaron Watts (MC) CJ's: 1. Aaron Watts (MC) 2. John Perkins (PC) -- In the game Thursday with Pulaski @ McCreary, these are the players stats: Aaron Watts - 30 points, 10 rebounds John Perkins - 17 points, 12 rebounds

OYPreps
After one week, you are asking this question? Forget about player rankings and worry about your team winning, if that's important to you.

SouthernSportsFan
My "team" is 2-0, I just expected more from the "best player in the region." McCreary won the game, by the way.
cch5432
In the 9th, most would agree that Austin Hill is still the best player and will remain that way for the rest of the year. He dropped 35 against the 3rd best team in the area.

cch5432
I think they are now the best team (SK) in the area. Probably now. But when CCH and Holmes get back to full strength we will have to revisit the topic.
NKYBOY1487
Isn't it a little early to tell? Were still in the first 5 games.
polarbear1994
Not too early in the 10th. Darius Miller listed #1, and will remain there all season. NO ONE in the region can defend him.

He's pretty good.
SLINK
I think Perkins poured in close to 35 on Tuesday, and hit about a forty-footer at the buzzer to beat Casey by one.... He's pretty good. He scored 31 in the win over Casey Co. You are also, correct, in that he hit a 35-40 footer at the buzzer to give the Maroons the win.
pride50
No offense, but i think this thread is pointless because "pre-season" rankings mean nothing once the season starts!
