Young Tigers defeat South Oldham Froshmore team and finish season 8-0. Back to back undefeated seasons for Tiger Frosh.

Great season for the Baby Bengals! As mentioned many times, the future is very bright.

Will any of these freshman be asked to practice with the varsity?

I know the QB Adam Boone has been last couple games. I assume a few others will.

Coach Wallace thanked South Oldham on twitter for playing after Ballard cancelled.

Things appear to be looking up. My hat is off to South Oldham for stepping up.

I think this is going to be a problem for STX & Trinity in the future. Public schools just don’t have the numbers on the FR & JV level to be competitive. Canceling games at this level will happen more often especially late in the season. Hats off to SOHS for stepping up. Perhaps STX & SOHS can set up a home & home series on the varsity level in the future.

Yes, I'm sure we'll see more Froshmore teams and then schools like St. X and Trinity will have to make a decision on the best way to handle those situations. Trinity seems to play a number of out of state teams, and I'm not sure what their exact rationale is but that may have to happen to get 8-10 games for JV and Freshman teams. I am glad SO did decide to play, because ultimately it's beneficial for young plays to earn quality reps against another team.
