Houshmandzadeh ran past safety Ed Reed, caught the ball at the 12 and ran into the end zone. "I was a little nervous," Palmer said of the touchdown pass. "I didn't get a good view of the secondary. I knew he was open by the crowd reaction." A little homefield advantage.

December 1, 200619 yr The game was a blast last night. The weather wasn't nearly as bad as what it could've been. I saw some rather amusing events off the field that just made you laugh. The fan's were really getting into it. I had a blast and am now more set on season tickets next year than ever before. Also on a side note, there is nothing hotter than a chick decked out in bengals gear that actually knows her football and the bengals. That's hot.

December 2, 200619 yr As loud as I can remember for a Bengal crowd, and I've been going since the inception of the franchise. Closest other ones that I can recall are the night games against Miami and Denver 2 years ago. Impacted the game greatly, imo. McNair was not able to check off much (if at all) all night.
December 4, 200619 yr http://www.bengals.com/news/news.asp?story_id=5735 Bengals head coach Marvin Lewis on Saturday issued his thanks to Cincinnati fans for their support during Thursday’s victory over Baltimore at Paul Brown Stadium. “On behalf of everyone in our organization, I want to say how incredible our crowd was at the Ravens game,” Lewis said. “The noise was particularly outstanding. A number of our defensive players commented to me about it, so I know it gave Baltimore’s offense a difficult situation to deal with. “The fans came out in great numbers,” Lewis continued, “even though it was a very wet night with the threat of storms in the area. They stood up for our team and came out and gave us the atmosphere we always strive to have in The Jungle. I want them to know how much it’s appreciated and how we look forward to the same level of support for our last two regular-season games against the Raiders and the Steelers.”
