October 11, 20196 yr I won’t speak for JA, but saying he’s Lawrence 2.0 is a bit of hyperbole because no one actually said that. What JA was getting at is that the way the media was portraying Nix the pre-Florida was that he was an upper echelon type QB. The reality is he’s no where near that level and never should’ve been viewed as such. All the talk after that Oregon game was about how Nix led them on a comeback. The reality is Nix threw what was actually a pretty poorly thrown 50/50 ball and his receiver made a great play. If he doesn’t make that play we’re probably talking about a QB controversy in Auburn after this Florida game. Can you bring things down a level or 2, you’re knowledge goes over people’s heads?
October 11, 20196 yr No this board certainly isn’t full of SEC homers lol. How does that in any way respond to my original question? Who said Nix was great on here or compared hom to other greats?
October 11, 20196 yr You’ve never been good at hiding your hate for the B10 lol. You look good in an OSU avatar though! The problem with Auburn is, the SEC homers thought Nix was Trevor Lawrence 2.0. Nope, he’s just a talented freshman. Who is hiding it? It is not hiding it when one it is true.
October 11, 20196 yr How does that in any way respond to my original question? Who said Nix was great on here or compared hom to other greats? It was a broad statement to the SEC homers. I forgot you all haven’t towed the wagon to Auburn since Cam Newton. And with Bama and Georgia getting shown up last year in the bowl season, the homers do seem to be a bit tamer this year. Of course had Auburn won against Florida, the hitch would be getting greased up.
October 11, 20196 yr Who is hiding it? It is not hiding it when one it is true. I’m just messing with you. You keep it real, you aren’t posing or trying to hide anything. You know how it is, NC or someone takes a jab at the SEC and the SEC crowd jabs back.

FWIW I was rooting for the Ducks that night. Sorry 2!
