1. Russell-South Laurel might refocus Devils

2. Elliott-Stronger group of young Lions

3. Rowan-Vikings could contend

4. Greenup-Athletic bunch

5. Ashland-Will improve as season progresses

6. Morgan-Always a threat

7. Rose Hill-Sky could be the limit

8. East-Size is a drawback

9. Raceland-Gritty bunch will compete

10. Boyd-More of a team this year

11.Fairview-Eagles will upset some people

12. West-Comets under new leadership

13. Bath-Coaching carousel

14. Menifee-Some talent back

15. Lewis-Will not finish #15

16. Fleming-Moore is a nice player
