These poor coaches are staking their professional reputations on a group of kids who may have:

- flunked a test that day

- broke up with their girlfriend

- found a new zit on their face

- fought with their parents

- been grounded by their parents

- wrecked their car

- lost their job at McDonalds (and therefore, the ability to put gas in their car)

- suffered a "first date" that "crashed and burned" the night before...

- or who, for no particular reason at all, are just in a BAD MOOD....
