Basketball...Kobe, Lebron are MJ caliber players people just don't want to put them in the same company as him. Baseball is lacking a dominate team I agree. Hockey, there is 2 young guns in that sport that are starting to dominate.

January 17, 200719 yr I'm fine with Kobe's game... He's a great player and I have never and will never deny that. He's not my favorite player, but I have no grudges against him. He's still getting about 5 assists per game, which is what he's got for most of his career and that's a pretty good number considering who is on his team. I'm not sure... Maybe it is because of the injury, but the times I've watched Kobe this year (granted that's not much, I work the night shift and I'm usually at work when Laker games are on) I haven't been any more impressed than I am with the other 25 PPG players in the league. January 17, 200719 yr Arenas and Wade are the only other 2 that come to mind for me. Again, I'm not trying to diminish Kobe's game at all because he's an amazing player, but I just find it hard to look at him as the most dominant player in team sports.
