RockPride
I think Troy wins...though I don't like it...after that I would have.... Dwayne Jarrett, Darren McFadden, and Colt Brennan there.
pittswann
It's interesting to read all the Troy Smith hate mail. The guy is the best offensive general in big games. He is only the 2nd OSU QB in history to go 3-0 against U of M. His work against Texas this year and Notre Dame in last years Fieta Bowl clearly show he is #1. Brady Quinn is a good QB, but is no Troy Smith. Quinn was recruited by Tressel, but chose ND so he could be a starter. He knew he would play second fiddle to Smith. Smith is the claer cut winner of the Heisman. Anyone else would be a joke. I don't think he knew he would play second fiddle to Smith because smith was not Ohio State's first choice at QB. Zwick was the all everything QB from Ohio that was Tressel's first choice. Smith was brought in as a athlete and played some wide out early on. He made the most of an opportunity when Zwick got hurt. Samarjiza has great hands for a big guy... but doesn't have the speed that Ginn does (but who does?). Smith is surrounded by a top 3 receiving core every year, and he has the arm and mind to get them the ball. I think Smith takes it home.

Quinn is by far the better QB/football player. Smith is a better athlete, and in the college game that's all that is needed to be a star, however it isn't going to fly on Sundays.....That's why come draft day, we'll hear Quinn's name in the top 10 picks and probably won't hear Smith's on Day 1. Smith may win the Heisman, but I think Andre Woodson would be the front runner for the dang thing if he had the weapons that Smith has. This year's Heisman winner should be Smith for the numbers he has put up, but it rarely goes to the best player.
