Douglass got down early came back last three quarters were good basketball. I’m not sure on Catholic’s side but Douglass had 4 players two starters who did not play three from the football team.

LC must have hit 15 three-pointers, around 10 in the first half. Luke Wedding hit 6 or 7, Ben Johnson had a handful too. I think the first seven buckets for LC were three-pointers pushing them to a 21-3 lead. LC was missing Brice Scott (thumb injury), Douglass was missing a few per the above comment. Pace was frenetic throughout, play got sloppy towards the end as both teams got tired. Two technicals in the first minute of action, then two double-fouls ... and both teams were in the double bonus with 5 minutes to go in 1st half.

Wow. Thanks for the great info.

Did the Jones kid who quarterbacked the football team play for Douglass? He's around 6'8 and played for Knott County Central when he was a freshman and sophomore.

No ,he did not play.

To my knowledge he decided not to so he could concentrate on getting ready for football at Cincy next season.

Woww. Heart breaking even in a scrimmage. FD will be tough this year. Well coached, long & athletic, and some experience.
