I think they called a do over. Inadvertent whistle.

The refs playing a big part in this one. Sk drops a punt on their own 10. Cooper recovered but ref blew an incidental whistle assuming the sk player would catch it and so the recovery didnt count and made them punt again. Sk then went down after the re punt and scored. Good chance cooper is winning right now if not for that horrible mistake by the refs.

After Cooper punt Farfsing runs it down to the 5 and takes it in on the next play for the TD.
