The NCAA today announced sweeping changes regarding college basketball eligibility, agents and other reforms in response to both the FBI investigation into alleged college basketball corruption last year and the April recommendations by the Commission on College Basketball.

It all comes down to this. That mockery that is amateurism in D1 football and basketball is the cause of the problem. Not AAU. Not the shoe companies. Not the agents. When you prevent talented individuals the opportunity to earn their worth, someone else will step in and fill the void. Until that changes it is all window dressing on a multi billion dollar pig...

Yep. 69 combine invites sent out this year for 60 draft spots. 9 guys would have been affected this year.
