Corbin Rolls .........48 to 0 at the half....... and the Freshman take care of the rest !:thumb: Garrard rather:D

There is absolutley nothing negative you can say about the performance tonight. Very solid half by Corbin. This should have given them the confidence they need to make a run in the playoffs.

Corbin will be 7-6 when it is all said and done..losing to Russell in the state quarterfinals.

You could be right but you never can tell what will come of it. You have to line it up and play.

Nice half! First time Corbin has dominated a team this year. Now we can gain some momentum headin in to what really counts. :ylsuper:

Corbin could be one of them there sleeper teams heading into the playoffs. I will be the first to admit 5-5 is not impressive, but considering the records of the teams they have played this season.. Mboro,Rock, Bell, Lex Christ. the Hounds might be a team that could pull an upset or two in the playoffs. Russell will be a huge challenge if both teams make it that far, but the Hounds will not be scared to play a good team if they do meet.

Nice game from freshman RB Ryan Fritts in the second half. How many yards did he end up with tonight?

109...sanders had 105 and corbin outgained'em 423 to 102.

Casehn was 6-of-8 for 152 yards.

Little Duncum had his first varisty TD called back...a 50 yarder hopefully many more to come....One thing for sure he is alot faster than his daddy and throws the ball pretty well also.....

Fritts could be a secret weapon later on. Wander what kind of numbers he would have behind the varsity line.

I am very impressed with Fritts. He hits the hole very hard, keeps his pads low to the ground and has very good speed & balance. I could see him being a factor this year too.

I agree, the Hounds looked very impressive tonight. Taking nothing away from Garrard but they just aren't that good of a team this year. However, with that said, Corbin looked very fluid. They were supposed to come into this game and win big and that is exactly what they did. You could see the fire in the eye of the staff, players, and fans tonight. They were fluid, sound, and intense from kickoff to buzzer. They passed very well, ran very well, blocked very well, and hit you from the get go and made it known they're back in their minds. Whether or not Corbin is truly "back" will be determined in these next few weeks but last night was definately a good start. I can say this much, I loved seeing that Redhound swagger on the field last night, i've missed it dearly. Lots of positive emotion, joy, and cutting up was good to see.

Garrard is down this year, but they have played tough almost all year. I am alittle suprised by the score. Good job Corbin! Good luck in the play offs.:thumb:
