Anthony Bourdain: Parts Unknown

Featured Replies

Hands down my favorite show on television.

Any other fans?

I haven't watched it lately but when I did I enjoyed it.

Never miss it. Tony makes amazing connections to cultures and cuisines.

Folks who have worked with him, tell me the on screen persona is exactly who he is: intensely curious and irreverent, with one of television's brightest minds and sharpest wits. Bourdain is a terrific chef and writer too. His observations and opinions on many subjects are spot on.

If one is unfamiliar with the show, I highly recommend it.

Great show. I like how he comes in so open minded and inquisitive about everything. If he has any preconceived ideas or negative thoughts you would never know.

MrsC says he treats every place like an unpainted canvass. He walks in and lets the place paint it own picture instead of trying to steer it somewhere.

I need to tune in. I was a regular viewer back when he did No Reservations on the Travel Channel and loved it.

Sadly, Anthony Bourdain has taken his life.

Apparently he suffered from depression and finally succumbed to it.
