So hard to rank baseball teams. Whoever is throwing in a given game can move a team up 15-20 ranking spots.

How do you rank baseball teams? Do you rank them on how they would fare with their ace on the mound? Overall record? Who would win a series?

Record and strength of schedule among other things are indicators. It certainly is difficult with so many teams. They do a nice job.
