If it makes you feel better, CovCath is 6 - 0 against Ky schools and Highlands is 5 - 1 (loss to Louisville St. X). The schools that beat CovCath/Highlands would most likely beat JC as well (unless you think JC would beat Elder, Cincy X, Louisville X, Columbus Watterson, or Columbus Desales). If JC takes care of business, they will get CovCath/LexCath/Highlands in a fourth round home playoff game and can make their case for statewide recognition there. Sorry if upsets JC supporters, but that's the way it is.

The problem is not that you gave an opinion but that you expect everyone else to agree with your opinion. Your statement above makes no sense IMO. If you use your criteria then we would have to Lafayette, Mercer, Bethleham, Bardstown, and any other undefeated team to the top. Schedules do matter. You are ranked in the Top 10 in the state overall by this system. I don't see the problem here. Be happy. I for one have been defending JC as a legit team all year but I think there are at least 10 teams in this state who are better than they are at this point some of which are ranked below them.

No I do not expect anyone to agree with my opinion. I could care less. I'm not a JC fan. I just made a statement. No hidden agenda. Nothing else.

 

I do although think that JC will make a statement this year and open some eyes. This kid Grimm that they have is the real deal. I thought Russell had a great back in Clark. Well this Grimm is just as good.

 

Prediction: Johnson Central will play in Louisville this December. Grimm will run wild and JC wins State.
