Henry Clay is decent; their record is deceiving.

 

I disagree on them just being decent.Agree on their record being deceiving. Look at who they have played. #1 Scott Co. only beat them 8 points. They beat Madison Central when they were ranked #2. Lost to #10 Lafayette by 4. Lost to #11 Bryan Station by 1 point. Played #6 Ballard twice. Lost to #2 Trinity by 7. Put them in the 10th region and they would be one of the top ranked teams. They are more than just a decent team.

 

This game will be a battle. I just hope we can get the win.

I agree; that schedule is brutal. I saw that earlier last week and I can see how they have the losses that they do.

I incorrectly posted to the 1st Region weekly recap yesterday. Allen of Pendleton Co. 3rd in state at 31+ scoring, 3rd in rebounding at 11.4; while Pendleton 5th in state in scoring at 77+ ppg and 6th in scoring margin at 17+ ppg. I am believing these Wildcats with Antrobus are going to be a real tough competitor in the Fieldhouse. Nothing new but the state stats verify what my eyes behold.

I agree PC will be a hard game to play against. Coach Belcher has done a great job with this team. No one in region should over look them.

I don't think so, although I'm interested to see what Robertson can bring to Pendleton.

Shocked to see Calvary drop in rankings after beating Villa and St. Pat. Congrats to those players and Coach Brown and his staff, as they won their conference going 9–1 which hasn’t been done in nearly 9-10 years at that program. All sophomore starters and will be fun to watch the next few years.
