Estill County senior guard, Caleb Bonny, passed long time record holder Delmar McGee to become the Estill County boys basketball all time leading scorer with well over 1900 points for his career. Delmar McGee's record hadn't been beaten for 60 years.

Caleb is a scoring machine. Heck of a 3 point shooter.

I'd have lost a good chunk of change betting that Brian Kiser held that record.

Kennedy Flynn (who graduated about 2-3 years ago) holds the school's overall record with 3000+ points for her career. Caleb is now the leading scorer for the boys basketball program.

Estill senior Caleb Bonny surpassed the all-time points total in basketball for Estill County that had been held by Delmar McGee for more than 60 years. School officials stopped the game on Friday night between Estill and Owsley County and McGee presented the game ball to Bonny. A banner in McGee’s honor was hung in the Estill gym in 2010 for the 1943 points he scored while he was in high school. Bonny had 1944 at the end of the Owsley game.
