Giants 19 Redskins 3

Featured Replies

I didnt notice, but other Giants fans pointed it out to me.

I was yelling "FAKE IT!!!"

The Giants dominated in every way possible, including the score. How was it less than stellar, especially since it was vs a division rival who just threw all over the Jaguars?

Giants offense had over 400 and held the Skins to under 170.

When you get deep into the opponents territory that many times and have trouble getting 7, I'm going to consider it an average performance. The D looked solid, and the O had its moments. Like I said, it reminded me of the Bengals/Chiefs game. One team controled the game, but looked less than spectacular doing it...

 Crying? I saw the game, he was never crying on the bench. As a matter of fact I have it on TIVO and have watched it twice... He got injured in the 2nd half, that's probably what you are referring to.

Possibly....

I thought the Giants looked very good considering how they have played recently. One of the drives that ended in a FG only ended that way because the G-Men ran out of time. It was a 98 yard drive that ended the 2nd quarter...

BTW I do agree they need to convert those FG's in to TD's...but FGs count as points too :). They dominated the game in every way, I'll take that "less than stellar" performance EVERY week.

Yeah but I don't think the D will be like that every week. Diffently could have scored a lot more points.

Each possession they play well, the confidence will grow. They have the talent to be a good defense...I see no reason why they should not be able to play that well every game. SHOULD being the key word.

Could have scored a lot more points, but it's not like they were playing a defense full of scrubs. They were playing a team who normally has a top 5 or top 10 D...and they have scored a lot fo points thus far in the season. The Offense will be fine...
