Someone just told me several athletes at Walton-Verona have been suspended for six weeks including Walton's starting QB, RB, and one WR.

I am sure it was very widespread, the updated report I received said as many as 100 students were at the wrong place at the wrong time.

At this point I think we should change to question to how bad is CAL going to beat Walton's brains in?

Yes, 4 players will have to sit out Friday night for disciplinary reasons. One starter and 3 other players who have limited playing time on Friday nights. The reality is that a few good kids made a few poor choices and have to accept responsibility for their actions.

 

Now on to Plantmanky. Considering there are only a couple wrestlers on the football team, I would get my facts straight before I start the spooing nonsense about what you heard. You could have reached out to multiple people at Walton that you personally know to get the facts before you type such a thing. Myself being one of them. My guess is that you only know one of the wrestlers on the football team. Hopefully he is not the name you were referring to.

Just looked, hes not listed on the KHSAA Roster.

Im hearing the same, which again leads to my rhetorical question, is the school overstepping its bounds here. Also what is being done to non athletes? Perhaps a discussion for another thread.
