I agree, it is one of the reasons I can't get away from Miller Lite, no other can compares.

They both suck but the bootlegger we went to in HS sold 30 packs of Busch Lite. So Busch Lite for the win!

Obviously a super duper yummy one.

I hate Miller Lite. Busch L is okay.

Busch Light gets booted in the first round. 32-10 Miller Lite.

Busch isn’t half bad, but I prefer Miller. Some ok beers getting knocked out with tough opening matchups.

 

Busch ain't half-good either. And I'm questioning the 50/50 split here. I can tolerate Miller Lite in a pinch. Busch just creates lots of headaches, much like Busch Light.

I do have a great Busch Light story, though, as me and my hometown buddies drank it on the reg for many years.

 

I drove over from WKU one weekend to visit friends at Berea, and we had a party planned in their dorm. We drove up to Richmond to Big Hill Liquor as that was the place my friends went to regularly as they could buy beer underaged there.

 

We came in, and my hometown buddy was clearly a regular, as the guy working behind the counter who claimed to be the owner knew him right away. He busted out a pint of some nasty blackberry brandy and insisted we drink with him.

 

Then he told us about this new beer that came out, Busch Light, and it was only $6.99 a case (these are pre-1990 dollars here). We told him we needed a bunch, and he sold us 6 cases for $5.99 apiece, and that was our brand for a few years. Until we realized that we were all having terrible hangovers from it. I was the last to give up on the stuff.

 

And that guy forced us to drink some kind of pint of nasty stuff every time we came in there after that (more for my buddy, since he always went there, and I was only there on visits).
