Butler is big strong and disciplined. If they overlook them out all they will lose. With that being said I will take them (Ryle)28-21 in round one before bowing out in round 2 to Male 35-14.

If it was last year's Ryle team I think they would have had a legit chance against all of them but Trinity. Last year they had a D1 qb and a D1 running back and still fell short in a great game against Scott County in the 3rd round. Teams couldnt key on any one area last year. With them being more one dimensional now with a great running game still obviuosly but not as much via the pass. I think it will be difficult to get past Male in the 2nd round. That's if they get past the 1st round which I think will be a game that goes down to the wire. Their passing game will have to be better than it has all year to have a shot to go far imo. Which at this time of the year, you want to see all NKY schools do well especially when going against the big boys from Lousiville. So best of luck to them, as all 6a NKY teams have a very tough road this year.

 

I hope Chisolm is fully healthy because he does deserve the chance to try to carry his team in the playoffs with this being his last season. He is an amazing football player.

This is a new year and new playoff season and it is a tall order to win 5 in a row but every team has to try and somebody’s going to do it. I think a 3rd round exit will probably be the case this year but Ryle played a tough schedule this year and I would think as a whole they are better prepared for that reason.

Lost DL Pendleton on the 5th defensive play of the game and another DL early in the second quarter. When you are going against a tough run offense, losing DL is a real problem.
