Not your typical top ranked 5A team, as Coach Eviston puts his best players on the field at all times: typically 7 go both ways for a good part of the game, and McGinness even played some safety for the first time last night in the first half before it got out of hand.

Physically, AJ Mayer looks the part of a top flight QB. His size and athleticism are there for sure. He throws a nice ball and is the real deal. Kam Butler is a physically imposing player. Coldiron also was very impressive to watch. Without knowing 5A football around the state, I’m willing to bet no other team has 3 players at those key positions who are better.
