Pep rock, not only was mike a good coach, but more importantly he was a great role model. A man of integrity.

I think you should actually watch a game film from one of his games and chart the plays that were run before making such a comment.

:eyeonyou: I am sorry for making a tongue in cheek joke about his offensive philosophy. Goodness, I watched some of his more athletic teams spread the field more. 2004 and 2005 in particular that were absolutely stellar.

I have said great things about Glaser on many occasions. I am on record as saying if they had let him have 1 more year he would have gone out on a title before handing it over to Wolford. The comment was based on the perception of his offensive philosophy, which I know many X guys to have lamented in the past (unjustly might I add). Go ahead, feel free to search all references I have made to Glaser on BGP if you want to do your research before making such a comment.

I understand your comment, PepRock. While poking good-natured fun in the Poplar Level Road direction, you have also been well-rounded in your comments as well. Others have not done so as much. As LongTimeReader stated, sometimes perception does become reality, and often times falsely so. My comments were intended to shed light on the other side of the argument, not as much to directly refute what you said. I actually enjoy reading many of your analyses.

 

Best of luck to your Rocks the rest of the season. I think it will be a Trinity vs. the winner of the Male/St. X playoff game in the finals this year. We shall see.
