College Rankings Week 7

Oklahoma dropping all the way to 12 is very shocking and proves the people voting actually watch the games.

Also with only 3 teams it is the lowest representation of the SEC in the AP Top 25 in 8 years. SEC has the same number of teams is the poll as the AAC.

I believe that they have the top ten right. Some pretty big takeaways, one being that Oklahoma and Michigan paid enormously for their losses. Another is that Ohio State and fans should feel good with where they are moving up a spot, especially with the loss to Oklahoma. I'm sure plenty of the South Florida faithful are arguing for Miami to be in the top ten, but they haven't played much of anyone prior to beating Florida State.

Plenty of season left, it will all shake out.

These polls aren't worth the paper their written on, but it's nice to have something to talk about.

OSU should not be ahead of Oklahoma for an obvious reason.

You can go back and look at my posts from yesterday in the OU thread and you'll see that I said myself that I wouldn't put OSU ahead of OU. But if you've watched the games since, OU has struggled with Tulane and Baylor and lost to ISU. OSU has looked extremely impressive although against bad teams. I wouldn't have done it, but its not like there isn't logic behind it.
