Both teams have improved. It was a hard fought game that was played with class. The PC kids did not quit and played to the last whistle. Proud to be a PC fan.

True. No cheap shots or late hits. Bath was taking a knee at the end a couple of times and both teams on the field were already talking to each other and shaking hands.

Bath is giving up a lot of points but they're scoring a lot of points as well. Poynter has done a nice job with that team. I'm not sure they're at the Russell/Fleming level but they look like a tough out for most anyone.

 

As for Pendleton, the move down to 3A has been very beneficial. They're playing similar size schools and are competing. While they've got a long way to go, there is a lot to like in Falmouth.

One of the most under appreciated coaches in the state IMO. Seems to win a good amount everywhere he is, hasn't gone on a deep run yet in November, but has teams win ball games.
