I agree Weis, I would have trashed it the second I read it, after I got a few good laughs.

This ticks me off...Knowing the town that is being discussed this doesn't surprise me in the slightest. At some point parents need to realize that the coaches can only do so much...They are there to provide the essentials necessary to winning the game that week, and after that, it is out of their hands...It's up to the kids to excute what they have been told during the week. Maybe instead of writing hate mail to the coach, that person should look at their kid and ask them why they are terrible.

Knowing the town that you speak of nothing surprises me. The last place team in that town has always had parents complaing about the coaching there. Even when coaches try to turn the program around and make things happen. Just a shame. Like I told a parent once, "I'll start worrying about what you think, once you strap on the pads." That usually shuts them up!
