Looks like La Salles's defense was really good. I'd say this is a decent showing by Scott County.

When SC stopped them on 3rd down but then got called for the PF and LaSalle went on to score that killed them. SC was very impressive.

Really happy to see the Lancers found a way to get the win.

Kudos to Scott County for beefing up the schedule with Moeller and LaSalle (and Elder in previous years). If you are going to beat Trinity in the playoffs, you need to play teams that give you a feel for the talent level you will be facing against the Rocks.

Sounds like SC played well, Lasalle has won what 2 or 3 state titles in a row.

LaSalle has been the best HS football team in Ohio regardless of division the last 2 years. They may be the best team this year, as well.

Jim McKee has been a good friend of mine for a long time. The job he has done at Scott County has been incredible. He has most certainly had a large and positive impact on KY HS Football. And, you don't have to read his mind. He tells you exactly what he thinks. Go Cards and best of luck the rest of the way!
