Can Mercer County continue its winning ways against a bigger Lincoln County?

I am a fan of both teams and their coaches when not playing Boyle. Lincoln though seems to find a way to lose close games and Mercer much more successful at coming out on top. I have to go with Mercer in this one.

Mercer's offense looked better last week against Garrard. The more they open it up and get the ball to their athletes in space the better they will be. Their defense still needs a ton of work stopping the run. I like their chances with a team that likes to pass against them

I am amazed at Jackson Lewis, their starting tailback/WR/return guy. He played football in junior high in Franklin County, but never played in high school until this, his senior year. Through 4 games, this 5' 7", 155 lb. football player is averaging 272 all-purpose yards per game, with 8 TDs, on a team with several outstanding offensive players. Amazing!
