I'd much rather question Red's pitchers approach on the mound. I didn't even get it out of my mouth to Lorenzen, "Don't throw Arcia a strike", before he launched one to straight away center to tie the game. If I was a Red's catcher I would live at the mound with some of these goofball pitchers that the Reds keep parading out there. If I can watch a game from my couch and see batter tendencies why can't the guy on the mound, or behind the plate, or in the dugout see it? Just terrible execution. ColonelCrazy
Decent performance from Bailey today. Went 6 innings, charged with 3 earned, 4K's, 90 pitches and a base hit (and scored run).

HammerTime
That sounds REALLY high. I thought so too, but it's actually not terrible. It's not up to the standard we expect from him IMO. https://www.baseball-reference.com/leagues/MLB/2017-reliever-pitching.shtml

I think we're at the time of the year where having to go to the bullpen a lot earlier in the year is finally starting to catch up. I think you can see that in Lorenzen, as well as Peralta.
