Bengals QB Driskel Injures Thumb

Featured Replies

Okay so QB Jeff Driskal was knocked out of the game and has wrist/thumb in a splint.

Also with Burfict out, Pac Man out, Ross likely out, how do the Bengals shuffle the roster?

So did anyone hear what was wrong with Ross?

Left knee injury. He went into the locker room but came back to the sideline. Haven't heard much but doesn't sound too serious...

Probably a blessing in disguise. They can put him on IR and not worry about do you cut him or keep 3 qbs which takes away a spot from someone who would play. So now they won't lose him but also wouldn't make them keep 3 qbs so frees a roster spot.

I agree, they would have had to keep him on the roster and Core or Erikson might have had to go, probably Core. They now can keep two QB's and 7 WR's or an extra O-lineman.

Burfict and PacMan will leave low hanging fruit type players at DB and LB around for a few games. You never know when and where injuries will occur.

We will not replace what Burfict gives, Pac Man not too big a deal.
