X is up 7 to 6 after the first quarter of play.

Vic just had a 98 yard touchdown called back for illegal use of the hands.

:irked:

Manual is threatening. 2nd and short from X's 22.

Win or lose, Glaser is going to have to find some players on D that can tackle.

4th and goal. X holds the line and stops Manual's attempt with 1:54 left in the half.

Hey signs of life from the D. X holds on 4th down and goal from the 1/2 yardline.

X stopped Manual on the one foot line and gets the ball, starting at the 5 and must drive the length of the field in 1:54. Hopefully this time there won't be a flag thrown when Vic is 15 yards ahead of the entire Manual D.

Vic is gone this time with no flags! 80 yard TD run.

X is up 14-6 with 14 seconds left in the half.

I hope Nichols comes up with a heck of a game plan for the second half. This Manual team needs to play to win, not play to be close-but-just-behind the Big 3.

But I do like how they seem to be improving each week. That's a very good sign.

Very encouraging for the Rams. They're taking it to X and is 6 inches from being down 1 going into half. This game is a long way from over.

X came out hard and drove right down Manual's throats. Vic scored from 10 yards out. Zoeller had a 41 yard rush on the drive.

9:20 left, X is up 20-6 after having the PAT blocked. PAT's/Field goals have been VERY weak for X this year.

Manual fumbles the ensuing kickoff and X recovers on the 20. Manual's back could be broken if X scores here.

Manual intercepts the ball on the goal line and returns it to the 27. Big recovery by Manual.
