Trinity led 13-0 after 1 quarter, 26-0 at the half and had mercy rule applied with 4 minutes left in third quarter at 40-0. The Greyhounds scored on the second string defense and the game was stopped with 27 seconds left in the third due to injury to a Shamrock defender. The rest of the time was run off and then it was decided to cancel the fourth quarter as an ambulance was needed. The injury apparently was a broken collar bone. Ten minute quarters were used. Trinity dressed 62.
