$200 million. To seat 40,000 initially, expandable to 50,000.

No state money or student fees will be used to build it. They are going to wish in one hand and ....

Possible campus sites.

Hopefully they get it.

Those photos don't seem to show much in the way of nearby parking, and more importantly a place to tailgate. The stadium itself looks very nice though.

We're not talking about a little campus, here. For comparison's sake UK's campus is a little over 785 acres and UofL, with all the little campuses included, is 640 acres. The USF Tampa campus alone is well over 2000 acres. The stadium planners have got some room to work.

The A site on the campus map is a large open field, plenty big enough for the stadium, it's landing, and a huge amount of parking.

The D site is adjacent to the Sun Dome parking lot and across Fowler avenue to a large open field where they parked cars for the Renaissance Festival which used to held be behind MOSI. They can park several thousand vehicles back in there.

Site B is MOSI (the Museum of Science and Industry), which is moving downtown. The university bought the current site a couple of years ago from the MOSI Board of Directors. That site could use the same parking as site D and include site D as parking as well.

I'm more worried about traffic flow than parking.
