He is, and just like OJ's Civil Trial all of the evidence can and will be presented. Remember OJ lost the Civil Trial and owed the families millions, even though there was no record of him being found guilty.

 

A guilty verdict and tbere is no case in civil court. Without a guilty verdict it's much more a gray area. Maybe his widow gets half of the house now.

It is gray, but OJ case is very similar and he was taken to civil court and lost and had a judgement against him. Girlfriend will only get what ever is left of his estate if he loses civil trial, she will get paid last.

 

With a guilty verdict there can still be a civil case.
