Raceland 61 Berea 8

I will also give a :thumb: to coach Tackett and appreciate the compliments. All of those compliments may be an early way of him pulling a "Pumphrey" on the Rams though.:sssh:

It may be but he was discussing his young Freshman QB that played tonight and used Grizz as an example of what hard work will bring and what his QB could become with the right mix.

:thumb: O.K> I didn't hear it, I just have a hard time in trusting the Mossy Bottom Boys though.

Rams just outclassed Berea. No contest from the start.

For Raceland to beat Bath, they will have to balance the offense. Running will set up the pass. If Rams can't run, they will be in trouble. Passing game needs to play well against the good teams too. We won't beat Bath if we throw the ball up for grabs.

Game over.

A Win is a Win.

Now move on and prepare for Bath Co.

Any injuries to report with such sloppy conditions?

Just curious but was this game at Berea? If it was did it rain because viewing the skys at Rockcastle it looked nasty that way yet it didn't rain a drop at the game in Rockcastle.

In Richmond it never rained a drop during the Madison Central/Whitley game. Started thundering and some lightning popped up with about 3 minutes to go in the game.

Congrats to the Rams. And a hats off to Berea, they played their hearts out.

Now lets get the momentum going and roll on thru the rest of the district.

:thumb: Absolutley, the Berea kids deserve credit for playing hard and not quitting. They are severly hurt by their numbers (only dressed 23 I belive). That is not really enough to even get in a good practice, I feel for their coaches and kids. Rams, TGf is correct, we cannot afford to let up the rest odf the way. Lets get the "Rams Swagger" going for the rest of the season and into the playoffs!

Yes, I counted 23 players. I believe they had about the same numbers last year. You've got to give them credit for hanging in there.

Cvillecat! You need to keep your phone on during the games!

I tried calling you several times to check on you guys tonite...

I even texted you!

I forgot to tell you that I have you on my no call list!!(LOL) It was on all night & I talked to Oldrambler a few times to keep him informed. The crowd noise at Ram Stadium is so loud that an old man like myself can't hear very well. I saw the missed call after the game but I didn't recognize it was you.

EagleEye, cville has to call me so I can confirm our play call that he relays in to the sidelines. Rams are probably lucky that the coaches don't listen to us very often.

The last play I sent into a game my RB ran 75 yds for a TD..... In the wrong direction!!!! so I guarantee the OC doesn't need my playbook.
