March 12, 20179 yr Author I have an interesting question last year the Cats and Aggies the committee had their seeds already done before the SEC Championship game was even played. I think most people would say that as of right now Kentucky is a #2 seed so the question is will the Cats still be a #2 seed win or lose. Based on last year they should be but I think the committee will move them down to a 3 seed if they lose.

I have no idea why the SEC and BiG play their championship games on selection Sunday. That said, UK could land as a 4 seed and it wouldn't surprise me lol. My guess though is that the cats will be the 2 in the South.
March 12, 20179 yr Author The pace the Hogs play fits the Cats better than others that try to control the tempo.
March 12, 20179 yr For the record the chairman of the selection committee said they don't have the teams seeded until very close to the selection show. But they rank all of the teams last night and then debate the rankings all day today. Then the seeding is more of a mechanical process of plugging the teams in based on how they are ranked.
March 12, 20179 yr Why the hell is gonzo on the damn tv again while the game is going on. No one wants to hear him and is wonka wonka wonka.
