Final from Daviess Co.

Looks like another year where I'll have to live the postseason vicariously through the fighting Rileys. Good win for the Aces.

Another 9th district game where the team that lost both regular season matchups wins the elimination game. Hats off to Catholic. They are a very well coached team and really got after it tonight. Owensboro's disappointing season comes to a close. The Devils have a ton of talent up and down the bench that will return next season, but it seems like they need to do a better job of improving their bodies during the offseason.

Now win the Region, Aces.

Watch out for the Aces in this Region. Heard the Hayden kid has been playing on a bad ankle for several weeks. Once healthy, he can get back to mid season strength. Nice combination with Marshall on the inside.

It looks like Hayden is dealing with something. Hes really struggled with his shot over the past few weeks and he is normally a very good shooter. Good news for Catholic is, guys like Mulchay and Hayden Riney have really started to step up and JD Marshall is going to be hard for anyone in the region to contain.
