I haven't really gotten into home brewing yet. Maybe some day. But this seems like it would be a bit of a game changer, if it really worked as well as it seems:

Honestly thought it would be more than double that. Still not buying one, but just saying. :lol2:

I remember having someone post that on my Facebook wall when it was originally on Kickstarter a few years ago. It just seems like the initial price-point is to darn high...plus with the rate that local breweries pop up, I just don't see the variety offered by PicoBrew coming close to matching the breweries that are out there for me to buy at the store. It's definitely a cool idea though, for sure.

I agree that the price point is too high. Now if someone wants to get me one I think it would be fun to play with. However, if I'm going to spend that money I"m looking for a real home brew setup.

 

I will say, the sous vide adaptor makes it a little more palatable.

I'd love to have the Zymatic but I'd also love to have $1999.
