John High has made it public that this is his last season at montgomery co. Who do think are the front-runners to fill his shoes?

Best of luck to a great coach in his retirment! He has had an amazing career!

One would think Beth Vice Barrier would be the frontrunner, but I understand she's not interested in the job.

Would Lea Wise Prewitt want to coach her daughter's. I heard it was a tough job with a lot of different people to please.

That description would fit a lot of places in today's mentality concerning HS sports.

Isn't Whitney Lee on staff at Montgomery County?

Yes. I'd say she is the #1 candidate right now.

That would be a good view. Definitely, a good pedigree.

Its hard to fill successful shoes, no matter who gets the job.

Coach High has done a good job of filling Coach Kindred's shoes.

Coach High has done a remarkable job w/filling those shoes no doubt about it. It is however much easier to fill those shoes w/the type of talent that Coach High has had. It must be awfully fun to coach such a talented group of girls.
