Manual 30 Meade 22

Featured Replies

I figured Greenwaver would have put the thread up already. Thanks for the updates!:thumb:

I thought this would've been an easier win for Manual, but not surprisingly Meade didn't make it so. My source said Meade was very good at passing the ball, and the lines did well. Manual just had the players to keep things going on their side. But certainly Meade wanted some revenge for last year... luckily they didn't get it! GO CRIMSONS!!!

Next is X in two weeks.

Congratulations to the Crimsons on a quality win. This team is coming along nicely.

Meade played very well and never gave up. Manual wanted to mail it in and put JV's in late in the fourth with a 30 to 16 lead but Meade Co. scored on them to make it 22 to 30. Manual then put back the starting speacial teams to recover the on sides kick, and the first string offense to hold on to the ball and take a knee to run out the clock.

Did the two freshmen start that had been mentioned?

Good job, Rams... And bringing along a young team, you have to give props to the coaches!

Cosby started, I think he has started in 4 games now (all except Brentwood).

Gritton didn't start but played a lot, He did start last week vs Warren Central.

Great win for the Rams as was last week . Manual is one of the best 3-2 teams in the state.

Manual played well on Friday night, as did Meade County. This Manual isn't a talented as last years, but there is something about them that last years team didn't have. Maybe a spirit of togetherness or youthfulness. They seem to be having a good time when on the field and are fun to watch.

Go Rams
