Is Nationwide Constitutional Carry Inevitable?

 

My guess is not anytime soon. My guess is nationwide reciprocity of Concealed Carry Licenses will come first and will be the norm for a decade or two then nationwide Constitutional Carry will be considered.

I agree completely with one caveat, all states need to do as good of a job as Kentucky on follow up background checks. KSP continually checks the background of permit holders to ensure they can still legally carry a furearm. A few states only check when you first get it and then they don't follow up after that.

I hope not, but it probably is inevitable. Will probably happen as you posted.
